To make more Blackboard Learn Training opportunities available to our faculty, the Technology and Learning Program (TLP) will increase the offerings on “Transition to Learn” throughout this semester. This will include the week AFTER final exams just before Christmas, and during January before the spring semester begins. Transition to Learn is the 90-minute workshop that will introduce you to the differences between Vista and Bb Learn, and help you make decisions about migration.
Please consider signing up for one of the many open sessions, linked from the TLP homepage, or ask your department chair to arrange for a custom group training. For department trainings, contact Laura Sederberg, Manager of TLP by email or phone, 898-4326.
During January there will be additional workshops offered for more advanced tools and features of Blackboard Learn, including: Content, Gradebook, Assessments and Assignments, Communication, and Collaboration.
